OFTEN ONE GETS ATTACHED TO ONE'S SUCCESS, SO MUCH SO THAT THE SAME SUCCESS LIMITS ONE'S POTENTIAL AND BELIEFS. THERE COULD BE NUMBER OF REASONS BEHIND SUCH BEHAVIOR, WHICH COULD BE, LACK OF CONFIDENCE, OVER CONFIDENCE, FEAR OF FAILURE, LACK OF CREATIVITY, LACK OF CLARITY, OBSESSION OF ACHIEVEMENTS, LACK OF ENTHUSIASM. AFTER REACHING ONE MILESTONE, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A FALL BEFORE REACHING OUT TO NEXT MILESTONE, ONE HAS TO RECOGNIZE AND UTILIZE THIS FALL CORRECTLY AND ENCASE OUT OF IT FOR THE NEXT MILESTONE. IF ONE IS AFRAID TO RECOGNIZE FALL AND PRESUMES TO REMAIN IN THAT OLD ZONE, WILL MISS OUT THE GREAT AT THE COST OF GOOD. ONE HAS TO LET GO CURRENT STATE EVEN IF ITS GOOD, TO REACH OUT TO NEXT LEVEL OF STATE FOR ACHIEVING GREAT. CHANGE IS INEVITABLE, ONE HAS TO KEEP  ON LEARNING - RELEARNING DURING THE FALL AND PREPARE FOR THE NEXT PEEK. PARADIGM IS THE PATTERN, THE PATTERN TO THINK, TO ACT & TO REACT, TO BEHAVE, THE PATTERN WHICH REFLECTS ALL EMOTIONS, PATTERN WHICH OVERPOWERS MIND, SUBLIME MIND, CONSCIOUS & SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, PATTERN TO SUCCESS & FAILURE. PARADIGM IS A PATTERN IN WHICH ONE LIVES LIFE. ANY CHANGE IN ONE AREA, CAN INFLUENCE ENTIRE PATTERN AND ULTIMATELY THE WAY OF LIFE. CHANGE ACTS AS A CATALYST AND ACTS IN MULTIPLE FOLDS, IT'S A CHAIN REACTION. PATTERN CHANGE CAN BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE, ONE CAN SEE BOTH SUCH PATTERNS IN ALL WALKS OF LIFE.  PATTERNS PARTLY OR FULLY CAN BE ERASED, RE-WRITTEN & MODIFIED.  QUESTION IS HOW TO CHANGE PARADIGM? WHAT'S THE PROCESS? ANSWER IS PARADIGM IS NOTHING BUT PATTERNS OF BELIEF SYSTEM BEEN REINFORCED IN CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. EVEN A SMALL CHANGE IN BELIEFS CAN LEAD TO ENORMOUS CHANGE IN PARADIGM AND THE PERSON AS A WHOLE.

THE ONLY THING WE ARE ABLE TO DO ABOUT THINGS WHICH ARE NOT IN OUR CONTROL IS TO WORRY, NO MATTER HOW HARD WE WANT TO CHANGE AND TAKE OVER, WE WOULD FINALLY FIND OURSELF HELPLESS.  WORRY WILL NOT LEAD US ANYWHERE. FINALLY WE WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP ON THE THINGS. WE FORGET TO UNDERSTAND ONE THING IS THAT WHATEVER WE CAN'T CONTROL IS MEANT TO HAPPEN AND FOR GOOD IN LONG RUN, FOR OUR BETTER FUTURE AND ONLY  TIME WILL REVEAL THE SAME. INSTEAD OF CHANGING OUR FOCUS, WE MUST MOVE FORWARD AND GROW IN WHAT'S MEANT FOR US.

Change Comes With Choices

ONE HAS TO CHANGE WITH TIME OR ONE CAN'T SUSTAIN. CHANGE IS INEVITABLE, ONE NEEDS TO ADAPT TO THE CHANGING SITUATION, THESE ARE EXTERNAL FORCES AND ONE MUST SUCCUMB TO THE SAME. IT'S A CYCLE AND FROM TIME TO TIME ONE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE WITH CHANGING ENVIRONMENT. ONE CAN OVER COME THIS SITUATION BY CHANGING ONESELF WITHIN, BEFORE EXTERNAL FACTORS PLAY THEIR PART, ONE NEEDS TO ACTIVATE INTERNAL FORCES AND KEEP ON CHANGING BEFORE TIME. THESE INTERNAL FORCES CAN BE ACTIVATED BY DOING RIGHT THINGS, BY CHOOSING RIGHT PATH, BY CHOOSING PERSONAL GROWTH AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF ONESELF. IT'S A CHOICE WHETHER ONE WANTS TO CHANGE BY INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL FORCES.

Dynamic Nature Of Life

LIFE IS DYNAMIC BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS FORCES WHICH ARE CONSTANTLY ACTING UPON IT. THESE FORCES KEEPS PLAYING THEIR PART AND ACT THE WAY THEY ARE. THINGS IN AND AROUND US ACTS & BEHAVES ACCORDING TO THESE FORCES AND CAN NOT STAY THE WAY THEY ARE AS WE EXPECT. CHANGE IS INEVITABLE, NOTHING IS PERMANENT IN LIFE, SITUATION, CIRCUMSTANCES, TIME, OUR MATURITY, OUR EXPERIENCE, OUR AGE & ABOVE ALL OUR STATE ALWAYS KEEPS ON CHANGING, SO WILL THE ENVIRONMENT AROUND US. SMARTNESS IS IN UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF DYNAMIC NATURE OF LIFE.

Habits Can Make or Break The Future

HABIT IS TENDENCY, PRACTICE, PATTERN, ROUTINE, MANNER, CHARACTERISTICS, PECULIARITY, ECCENTRICITY, the process by which a HUMAN BEHAVIOUR , through regular repetition, becomes automatic or habitual, often goes unnoticed & HAPPENS SUBCONSCIOUSLY. psychology DEFINES HABIT a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a mental experience. a new habit usually takes 66 days And as much as 254 days until it's fully formed. ITS A CIRCLE OF BELIEF, BEHAVIOUR , HABITS CONTRIBUTING TO EACH OTHER AND CREATING AN UNIQUE CHARACTER. THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, ACTIONS ALL ARE INFLUENCED BY HABITS. SO WILL THE RESULTS. RIGHT HABITS WILL LEAD TO PATH OF SUCCESS & VICE VERSA. HABITS CAN MAKE OR BREAK THE FUTURE. NEW HABITS CAN BE REBUILD WITH CONSCIOUS INTENTIONS AND FOCUSED EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE DESIRED BEHAVIOR CHANGES.
