HABIT IS TENDENCY, PRACTICE,
PATTERN, ROUTINE, MANNER, CHARACTERISTICS, PECULIARITY, ECCENTRICITY, the
process by which a HUMAN BEHAVIOUR, through regular repetition, becomes
automatic or habitual, often goes unnoticed & HAPPENS SUBCONSCIOUSLY. psychology DEFINES HABIT a more or less fixed
way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a
mental experience. a new habit usually takes 66 days And as much as 254 days
until it's fully formed. ITS A
CIRCLE OF BELIEF, BEHAVIOUR, HABITS CONTRIBUTING TO EACH OTHER AND CREATING AN
UNIQUE CHARACTER. THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, ACTIONS ALL ARE
INFLUENCED BY HABITS. SO WILL THE RESULTS. RIGHT HABITS WILL LEAD TO PATH OF
SUCCESS & VICE VERSA. HABITS CAN MAKE OR BREAK THE FUTURE. NEW HABITS CAN BE REBUILD WITH CONSCIOUS
INTENTIONS AND FOCUSED EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE DESIRED BEHAVIOR CHANGES.
